unlocking animal tiers in the menagerie - Guild Wars Forums

I do not see how to get Helena to prompt me for this. I am wanting to move up in tiers and it looks like I can based on wiki.. but I cannot get the conversation to be prompted. Am I missing something here?

Each pet has a level and evolution assigned to it. By default, when you unlock (most) pets, they're level 5 (tier 1). If you wanted a higher level (tier) version of that pet (like a level 20 hearty or dire version), you would either have to unlock the tiers on that pet, or you would have to level that pet manually. Most people choose to death-level their pets, as it just takes a little time.
